Christopher Tangen, DO

Description

Christopher Tangen, DO, is a specialist in sports medicine at University Hospitals. His main area of clinical interest is non-surgical aspects of sports medicine, including acute/chronic injuries and joint injections. His interests also include concussions, sick visits, urgent care medicine and sports physicals. Dr. Tangen serves as an NFL Unaffiliated Neurotrauma Consultant. He is also an assistant team physician for the Women’s Soccer and Men’s Wrestling teams at Case Western Reserve University. Additionally, Dr. Tangen is the head team physician for Bedford High School, Charles F. Brush High School and Richmond Heights High School.
